Sebastian Alarcon is a Sophomore journalism major at DePaul University from West Chicago, Ill, and is based in Chicago. His experience in journalism began with his high school publication, The Wildcat Chronicle (a JEA publication Winner during his time), where he served as a Multimedia Content Creator. He later transitioned to being a contributing photographer for The DePaulia, as well as being a photographer for the DePaul Student Photo Agency (DSPA) for the 2025-26 school year, and recently finished an internship at Chicago Public Media as a Video Intern.
